Hello, I am an HR and Legal consultant for European countries based in Hamburg, Germany. I lived also in Turkey, Poland, Italy and France  

I have 15 years of International HR Management experience. 

For 7 years, I was the Head of HR - Europe and was responsible for over 18 countries. I support individuals and International start-up / mid-size companies in the USA and Europe as an HR and Legal Consultant. 

Although I am based in Germany, I am an expert in HR for each European countries due to my previous Regional HR position and my EU Law educational background.

I have solid international experience in Labor Law, Recruitment and Hiring processes, HR Audit & Compliance, Performance Management, Onboarding, Career Planning, and Compensation processes for companies and individuals. 

I can speak German, English and Turkish
