With the pandemic I was made redundant, however this showed me an opportunity to reinvent myself. I completed an MBA degree in Business and Entrepreneurialism focused on People Management, and also Human Resources (CPD). All these points converged into the creation of Unique People Consult,where I aim to assist people to reinsert themselves into the work environment – offering CV reviews and production, interview training and guidance, and People management for companies, from hiring to training and developing teams.
| What to expect | • Trained over 50 people within a year, working part-time home based, with a delivery of 80% employed in their area of choice in less than 12 weeks; • Created all procedures, marketing channels and client’s database from scratch; • Delivered 15 speeches for average of 60 people in less than 12 months; • Published a monthly column regarding Career in the most prestigious Brazilian magazine in London, in the year of 2022, with a reach of nearly 500k readers for every issue; |
