Has more than four years of experience in adult education, job placement and supporting people in application processes in Germany – from the first thought of a career change to the preparation of application documents and for job interviews. He has gained experience both as an employee and as an employer, as managing partner of a media agency. He is a certified trainer, empathetic communicator and his passion is to support people on their way to professional reorientation. He currently lives in Split, Croatia.
