After my experience in global management in an international organization for four years,
being in the last year as a head of finance, this experience gave me a holistic vision of what
should be the steps and needs for a healthy organization, giving me the knowledge of how
to think and implement the best management practices. Following this, my work as a
management consultant for five years gave me the expertise of how to implement all my
practical knowledge of other businesses and the need for personalized the business models
according to their activity and team.
In 2020, I established my own consulting and training business, Bring It On Consultancy, to
assist individuals and organizations in realizing their capabilities and reaching their
aspirations. I support companies and organizations to meet their objectives and advance
through consulting practices through an assessment and internal analysis that leads to
creating a strategy and an action plan, implementing it with the team, and mentoring them
to conquer their challenges and refine their competencies.
